The Lost Art of Gathering

Introduction
There was a time when gathering required very little planning. Neighbors stopped by unannounced, family meals were expected rather than scheduled, and conversations spilled from the kitchen to the garden, lingering into the evening hours. Today, however, connection often competes with cluttered calendars and constant distractions. While we are more digitally linked than ever, the genuine, unstructured opportunities to truly gather have become increasingly rare.
